The Inkit PC1 Phone Case UV Printer is a compact smart UV printer designed specifically for on-demand phone case customization. It combines a dedicated phone case jig, more than 1000 preset phone case templates, QR code artwork upload, a built-in Mini PC, and direct CMYK + White UV printing in one integrated system.
Customers can scan a QR code, upload a photo, add text, and adjust the artwork size and position from their phones. The operator can then receive and print the order without using Photoshop for routine personalization tasks. How to Use the PC1 Phone Case Printer
Create a personalized phone case in four simple steps—from selecting the phone model and uploading a design to previewing the artwork and completing the print.
Select the Phone Model and Load the Case
Choose the correct phone case template in the software. Place the compatible blank case securely in the dedicated jig and confirm that the case surface is clean, flat, and within the supported height range.
Upload and Edit the Design
Scan the QR code to open ColorPark AI-Pro. Upload a photo or graphic, add text if needed, and adjust the artwork size and position from a mobile phone.
Preview and Submit the Order
Check the artwork placement around the camera opening and edges of the case. Confirm the selected phone model and submit the print task to the built-in printer ColorPark Client.
Print, Check, and Collect
Start the job from the printer-side interface. PC1 prints and cures the UV ink during production. A typical phone case can be completed in approximately 2–3 minutes, depending on the artwork and print settings.
